Rosé Sangria

Can you actually believe we are getting ready for the last long weekend of summer? It feels like yesterday we were just gearing up for the first long weekend of summer. The first long weekend where I had a much needed all girls weekend away and made this very delicious Rosé Sangria!
It's freakin' pink, PERFECT for a girls weekend or a Bachelorette party. Hell, even a bridal shower if you want your guests to get lit! I bet the bridal shower games would be way more fun with my Rosé Sangria in the mix! The best part about this sangria, besides how delicious it tastes, is it's super uncomplicated to make. All you need is the following ingredients I've outlined below!
- Peller Estate 1000ml "bottle box" of Rosé
- 1 cup of peach liquor, a.k.a. Peach Schnapps
- 170 grams (usually a whole smaller package) of raspberries
- 1 cup of sliced up strawberries
- 1 litre of sparkling water
Just mix all those ingredients together in a nice big pitcher and viola! It's best to mix up your sangria a few hours before consumption to allow the juice of the fruits to flavour the sangria, or even do it the night before! That's what I did on my last batch and it was primo delish.
So, cheers to the last long weekend of this glorious season summer. I'm going to miss the sunny afternoons and warm evenings...
