MY ANXIETY

It slowly creeps in. Usually the night before, an unquiet mind. Makes it difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep. Sometimes you don’t even sleep. Too much noise.

The next morning that unsettled noise starts to move from your head down into the chest, creating constant congested feelings. What is all this? For me, it's anxiety.

Is there a reason for it? Probably not, sometimes yes. For me lately, no real reasons I can pinpoint. Just completely unsettled, restless, a feeling of being disorganized, unprepared. For what? I have no real idea. For so long my anxiousness was related to something specific, now it’s just there with nowhere to focus itself on.
